Welcome to Michigan Veterinary Specialists, a BluePearl hospital, where we have been providing specialty and emergency care for pets in Michigan since 1990. After establishing our main hospital in the heart of Southeastern Michigan in Southfield, we responded to area demand by opening two additional 24/7 hospitals in Auburn Hills in 2003 and Grand Rapids in 2008.

Your family veterinarian knows you and your pet well and, if your pet’s condition requires an advanced level of care, your family veterinarian may refer you to MVS. We work closely with your veterinarian to ensure your pet receives personalized treatment based on his medical history. Our team’s goal is simple: create and deliver a treatment plan that best meets your pet’s medical needs – and meets your expectations.
