Joyce Balnaves, CVMA, CCRT, considers herself a “continuing education junkie” who is passionate about learning the latest in the evolving field of rehabilitation and alternative therapies for pets. She went into this specific discipline because she loves improving the quality of life for her patients and working in conjunction with other services like neurology and surgery to help pets regain function more quickly and completely. Within her field of rehabilitation, she’s especially interested in pain management and hydrotherapy.
