On the Job:

As a child, Robert Schick, DVM, DACVD, often accompanied his father, head of radiology at Morton Plant hospital in Clearwater, Florida, to work. It was during these visits that Dr. Schick developed a desire to become a veterinarian and specialize in one medical area. In his field of dermatology, he’s especially interested in laser surgery, allergies, ear diseases and video otoscopy.

Off Duty:

Dr. Schick’s wings span from Detroit to Atlanta. Every month, Dr. Schick jumps aboard his personal aircraft and flies himself from Georgia to Michigan to see patients. When not traversing across country, Dr. Schick enjoys spending time with his wife and kids – twins that currently attend Cornell University. His house is home to two saltwater aquariums and two rescued dogs, Timmy and Percy.
