On the Job:

Sean Teichner, DVM,  grew up in Minnesota where his household always had two to three pets. Even though he was bit by almost every one of them, he always loved animals, and from a young age wanted to go into veterinary medicine. After completing his veterinary education in Minnesota, Dr. Teichner moved to Michigan to gain further experience and develop a specialty in internal medicine through a three-year residency. Within his field of internal medicine, his special interests include endocrinology, and endoscopic and laporoscopic procedures.

Off Duty:

Dr. Teichner is the proud, and often embarrassed, owner of Abby, a black lab who obsessively licks anyone within tongue distance. While happy to be the primary object of Abby’s attention, Dr. Teichner also enjoys getting out of the house to play racquetball, rock climb, hike, camp and watch movies.
